We now have various shipping methods which can be chosen during checkout. Orders over £30 come with FREE courier delivery within the U.K.
For orders under £30 there is a courier postage charge of £3.00
All postage charges are automatically calculated prior to ordering. Please note that for International orders the customer is responsible for any import taxes that may apply!
We aim to get orders dispatched between 1 to 5 working days (Mon - Fri), The quantity shown on the product description pages are the quantity available with both us and from the suppliers and this number is updated daily. If an item is found to be out of stock with our suppliers (which is RARE but can happen!) then we must ask you to allow up to 10 working days for dispatch. If an item cannot be dispatched to a customer within this 10 working day period a refund for the value of the item shall be offered or the customer may opt to wait for the item to arrive in stock.
We must advise that you be fully aware of the items that you wish to order, due to the nature of magic being secret we CANNOT offer any refund on an item after it has been shipped to a customer and opened or used! This does not apply if an item is found to be faulty or damaged. If an item is found to be faulty or damaged simply contact us for a returns number and we shall ship another item in replacement for you upon receipt of your returned item (PLEASE VIEW THE "FAULTY ITEMS" SECTION BELOW FOR COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS. If a replacement item cannot be provided then we shall offer a full refund for the value of the item. All returned items must reach us within 14 days of the customer receiving the item, after this time no refund can be issued.
In accordance with UK law we do allow a cooling off period whereby orders may be cancelled within 14 days of an order being placed. In this case refunds will be issued providing that the items are returned to us in its origional un-used and un-opened state within 14 days of the order being placed. This however does not apply to items that are ordered in specially to meet a customers demand
If in the unfortunate event that your item develops a fault we must ask that you DO NOT attempt to fix an item yourselves as once an item has been tampered with you CANNOT return the item. If any evidence that an item has been tampered with then no refund / replacement shall be offered and you "the customer" will be responsible for return postage costs to have the item returned to you, if the return postage costs are not paid then the item will be kept in storage for 1 month and then disposed of.
If a fault occurs you must contact us straight away regarding return instructions.
We offer the same guarantee that the manufacturers / suppliers offer us on items as follows -
For non electronic goods there is a guarantee of 1 month from the date ordered
For Electronic Goods there is a guarantee of 45 days from the date ordered.
For DVD's there is a 14 day guarantee from the date ordered
Books are not covered by a guarantee as they are inspected by our staff at the time of ordering, in the event that an item is damaged in transit to a customer you must inform us immediately to arange a replacement and to allow us to carry out postal damages claims with the postal services
We strongly advise all returns to be sent with "Proof of Posting" in case of an item going missing in transit. It is the customers responsibility to claim for a missing item with the relevant postal services if it does go missing before reaching us.
